Concept

For Art 337 (Portrait Photography) we were tasked with creating a portfolio of themed photographic work. I took up the challenge of recreating Disney characters, imaging what they might look like and what they might be doing in today’s world. 

Costumes and accessories were purchased at local second-hand shops and make-up was done by the models themselves. We shot a mix of outdoor and in studio photographs dependent on the nature of the character. All photographs were shot with a Nikon D200 and later edited in Photoshop.
